Top class professional advice and management is the key to a stress-free operation. Whether racing or breeding, we can take care of every detail of your operation – we have all the expertise, experience and contacts that you will ever need.
We can advise on, set up and manage an international portfolio of racing and breeding interests with the minimum of aggravation for you and in the most financially efficient structure. Whether you are long established or just starting out on your bloodstock adventure, whether it is for business or for pleasure, we can advise on the best structure for you.
Once decided, we can set up the structure that best suits your needs, from the simplest to the most complex. If necessary, we can arrange company formation; we can advise on general and bloodstock specific taxation and in particular the complex area of VAT considerations; we can manage your registration as a Racehorse Owner in the various racing jurisdictions; we can process registration of breeding stock with the breeding authorities and so on.
When set up, we can manage the day to day financial, taxation and accounting services for you, taking care of the processing of your affairs wherever they may be based. We can provide full on-going financial reporting and periodic summary financial statements to you or your other financial advisors as and when required.
We also advise on significant one-off sale or purchase transactions to ensure that they are concluded in the most tax efficient manner.
We also provide specific services in cross border VAT transactions as this is a particularly complex area in the bloodstock industry.
All services are provided in the strictest confidence and discretion is assured.
We can provide these services on a stand-alone basis or in conjunction with our bloodstock advisory services. We would be happy to discuss all possibilities with you.
